How our trainee programme is structured
We advertise our trainee programme in the summer, and we’ll reach an agreement together on when you’ll start. As a trainee, you’ll spend 18 to 24 months at BKW getting to know three or four working areas and building up your experience. In general, you’ll spend six months in each working area, but we can adjust this duration on request. Your working areas will be defined by management before the role is advertised.
