Electrical installer VET, second apprenticeship

As an electrical installer, you will install and maintain electrical systems such as internet and electricity networks, lightning rods, alarm systems and automatic controls for ventilation, heating and lighting. You can expect a varied day-to-day schedule working on major construction sites, in residential buildings or in industrial operations with a wide range of customer contacts.

Shortened second apprenticeship at BKW

The BKW Group offers second apprenticeships for electrical installers VET. If you already have a VET diploma in a related profession, your training period may be shortened by one or two years and you will no longer have to attend general education classes. The cantonal vocational training authorities are responsible for deciding on a shortened apprenticeship at the company's request.
