We promote employee performance with a comprehensive preventative programme, while our health management team can support and advise you on issues around health, performance, illness and accidents – personally and confidentially. And you can also benefit from a wide range of external partners, with exercise options such as yoga or discounted gym memberships, sessions with social counsellors or occupational psychologists, and much more.

Safety comes first. We create specific framework conditions for safe working – a key foundation for the health of our employees. From personal protective equipment to various ergonomic and accident prevention courses, our employees have a wide range of services and measures to help them feel safe at work. For employees unable to work we offer support in the form of a generous continued salary to ensure they can focus fully on their recovery and get back on their feet as soon as possible.
