Our terms of employment

  • Working hours

    Flexible annual working hours (41 hours per week). Flexitime and the option to work from home if the role allows.


  • Annual leave allowance

    Up to and including age 49: 25 days
    Age 50 to 59: 28 days
    From age 60: 30 days


  • Remuneration

    Competitive and transparent remuneration, performance bonus, on-call pay and/or other allowances depending on role.
